Sales Representative HCMC (PRE)/ Salea Representative HaNoi (PRE)

This role is responsible for the performance of all sales activities for PRE (Preventive, Restorative, Endodontics) businesses.

  • Develop and implement the annual sales business plan in the assigned territory to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and profit targets and broader total business objectives.
  • Build relationships with customers to capitalize on all business opportunities.
  • Identify key customers and work with District Sales Manager to ensure development of strong business relationships.
  • Record all sales activities and market intelligence as required.
  • Work closely with marketing and logistics team to ensure sales forecast accuracy by providing relevant market information and feedback on impact of marketing programs on sales trends.
  • Proactive and effective involvement in training and development, and market research, ensure ongoing currency of product knowledge, sales skills, and internal systems and processes. 
  • Ensure understanding and adhere to all compliance requirements. 
  • Work closely with Marketing Team to coordinate set-up and host trade-show, exhibition, seminars, clinical meetings and product training sessions.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Over 2 years of sales experience preferably MNC environment in life science, medical device or dental industry
  • Results oriented with focus on achieving business objectives
  • Able to deliver selling skills training is an advantage
  • Show ability to learn technical product knowledge
  • Self Motivated and independent
